PastorPilot (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and digital products to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
What We Do
PastorPilot provides digital tools and educational resources to help pastors streamline sermon preparation through the use of AI-assisted prompts and guides. Our products are original and do not include or redistribute third-party content.
While we may teach users how to study public sermons for personal growth and inspiration, we do not store, republish, or sell third-party sermon content, nor do we claim ownership over any content not created by PastorPilot.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material available through PastorPilot infringes on your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to the contact listed below. A valid notification must include:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it
Your contact information (address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter Notification
If you believe that content you posted or referenced was removed in error, you may send a counter notification to our DMCA agent. It must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material removed and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your contact information
A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agreement to accept service from the original complainant
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless we receive notice from the original complainant that legal action has been filed.
Good Faith Use Policy
All PastorPilot users are expected to use our tools responsibly and ethically. While our tools assist with analyzing publicly available content for educational and sermon preparation purposes, we do not support or encourage plagiarism or the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
